Mash in at 178 DegF yeilded step temp of 158 Mash Out of 185 DegF yeilded step temp of 168. Mash PH = 5.0 1st OG = 1.093 2nd OG = 1.055 3rd OG = 1.024 Final OG = ? about 1.060 ------------- a lot of trube in bottom. ------------ Finished at 1.020, very high. Lots of particulates in it, very hazy. protein?
