1400 .. 10 Oct 2012 Put into primary fermenter @ 70 deg F 0630 .. 11 Oct 2012 strong fermentation at approximately 2 bubbles per second 1030 .. 12 Oct 2012 very strong fermentation at approximately 3 bubbles per second 0800 .. 14 Oct 2012 fermentation slowing at approximately 1 bubbles every 20 seconds 1300 .. 17 Oct 2012 Day 10, moved brew to secondary fermenter. 1030 .. 27 Oct 2012 Day 20, Bottled into 24 22oz +3 12oz bottles
