1.75 oz Hallertauer [4.5 %] 60 minute Pellets
0.50 oz Hallertauer [4.5 %] 15 minute Pellets
Yeast - Antwerp Ale(1 liter starter)
Mash at 156, 1 hour.
Ferment 3 weeks at 68F.
Bulk age 4 weeks then keg or bottle.
OG - 1.074
FG - 1.017
7.4% ABV, 32 IBU's
