Notes

Added 10l water to post boil volume to make 75l total. Pre boil 1044 Post boil 1048 Then added 10l to 75l should be gravity on 1042 57l into fermentors therefore loss of 18l to cooling, pipes, pump, hop soakup etc. (3l lost to shrinkage) therefore 15l loss else where (20%) about 4.5l lost to hops (15ml per g) therefore 10l unaccounted (14% loss) If ferment to 1.009 then 4.4%abv
