Notes

-Yeast starter made 8am 8/26, pitched @10pm 8/6 -HLT water requies 5 deg higher water temp to allow for tun pre-heat. -Used plate wort chiller and water pre-chiller with 10lbs of ice. -Poor wort cooling - down to approx 90 in 15 min. Put wort and starter in cooler @67 for 6 hours before pitching yeast.
