1.50 oz East Kent Goldings (EKG) [5.0%] - Boil 60 min Hops 3
1.0 pkgs Edinburgh Ale (White Labs #WLP028) Yeast 4

Notes

Run off 2 gallons boil hard for 15 - 20 minutes or until it looks slightly carmelized. Then continue runoff q.s. with water to 8.5 gallons preboil. Add hops and boil 60 minutes (6 gallons). Cool,transfer add yeast. Primary 14 days at 62 degrees.
