Notes

So v1 was amazingly good, but to keep to style I am getting rid of the Aromatic malt and cutting down on the Munich. I am also reducing the bittering hops by a smidge. After a tasting of Konig Pilsner, I've decided that the flavor/aroma hops need to come quite a ways down, so I removed the 20 and 10 minute additions.
