Notes

Add corn sugar to last 20 minutes of boil. Also, this batch features a double dry hopping schedule. First 3 oz of hops added to last 5-7 days of primary fermentation, then rack to secondary with fresh 2 oz of same hops (excluding Zeus) for another 5-7 days. Bottle hereafter using corn sugar as primer.
