On brewday: sweet smokey, chocolate taste.

Notes

Active fermentation 10hrs after into primary. Vanilla: 6 beans slit open. Covered with vodka till beans were fully submerged. Will extract for 10 days snd add directly to secondary fermentation. Extra notes. Needs a blow off for first several days. Version 1 blew lid off after fist day of active fermenting. finished up great. Nice smokey tast, malty characater and a touch of vanilla. Version 3 needsd to have more vanilla added. overall a great beer . Cold Crash for 2 days for clarity. then rack cold and force carbonate. FOrce Carbonate at 30lbs for 24 Hours.
