Notes

Lemon peel wasn't weighed. Two lemons worth. Grains steeped at 155* for 90 minutes with a stir/mash every ten minutes. Honey was Vorisek's Wild Flower, added when wort was at about 110-110*. BLUE RIBBON - 2013 CRAWFORD COUNTY FAIR & !st runner up for Best In Show
