Notes

Brew # 12-1 1/2/15 OG by refractometer was a bit low of estimated. But it was cold today. Gonna est OG of 1.060 (preboil Gravity was dead on at 1.054). 1/17/15 Rack to secondary Dry hopped with 1.5 oz of cascade in each carboy. Gravity 1.008 1/24/15 Kegged FG: 1.007 6.9% ABV Keg labeled #2 sample had a smoother finish and taste than #1. 3/16/15 both lost most hops aroma fast. Dry hopped keg#2 with additional 2.6oz cascade. Plan to dry hop for about 3 days.
