Notes

Added 22 qts of mash water to cooler first at 169 F. Water in cooler fell to to 163 F before adding grain. Mash temp of 150 F achieved and maintained for the 60 minute mash. Drained mash into brewpot yielding 3.9 gallons of wort. Forgot to add gypsum to mash water, so added full 16 g addition to the sparge water. Forgot to add mash hops. Remembered and added to the sparge and extended sparge rest to 20 minutes. Immersion chiller added to brewpot with 15 minutes remaining in boil.
