Notes

Adding the following at 10min: 8.5 oz. Dried Apples 8 oz. Golden Raisins (pureed w/ 4 cups wort) Spices much like my pumpkin. Add at 15 or 10 min of boil : Will have mincemeat package on hand to match: Allspice, Nutmeg, Clove. Ginger has been mentioned before. Secondary spice addition depends on taste and aroma from primary. Spices: > 1tsp Clove a little under 1/2 all spice 1/4 tsp nutmeg.
