Make 1 liter starter BUILD UP WATER FROM RO. USE 2% acidulated malt for IPAs 1tsp(3.4grams) of Calcium Cloride per 5 gallon of water 1tsp(4grams) of gypsum per 5 gallons of water Add whirlpool hops at 200deg, stir on and off for 20min. Chill with lid off to 65...aerate for 60 seconds. Ferment at 62(ambient) Ferment at 62 for 2 days...raise temp to 65 over 3 days. Chill to 58 - dry hop
