Taste Notes

Pitched 12/15/15 5 p.m. 4 Packs of us-05 I probably would have hit the numbers on OG but I had a half gallon left in pot that wouldn't fit in Sanke. I should have boiled off more. Initial batch water 17 gallons heated to 168 followed by 10 gallons. Mash temp 151. Ambient temp 70. Fermented in Real Ale keg. I should start with 16 gallons if I do it again. Dry Hopped after 3 weeks on 1-6-15. Transferred 1/11/15 F.G.=1.011
