Notes

This is the fifth iteration of a Sierra Nevada Porter clone. Previous versions have been good but were on the "thin" side with respect to body and the bitter character was a bit overdone for my taste. Upped the mash temp and added the oats. This batch had more body and was better overall. Did another batch with just the higher mash temp and no oats and it had more body but I like the one with the oat addition better.
