Notes

Take 4 qt of first runnings and soak the dry cherries for 30 min, add at end of boil. Add spices into secondary. Split batch into 2 5 gal. I used smack pack wyeast. I need to add maple syrup in secondary. Kyle used Starter white lab with starter
