Notes

Cap mash with All malts. Add full boil volume to mash tun, allow to mash 30-60m. Run off. Assuming at least 1.010 for third runnings before adding cap / grains. target gravity between 1.030 and 1.040 Boil until we reach 1.035, then add 15m hops. Serve at 52-55*F. ---- rerun Mild instructions Cap Mash, add 8.20 gal water @ 158. Timer for 45 m. Collect boil volume of 8.89 gal Estimated pre-boil gravity is 1.0252 SG 90m boil 17m Add chiller, return to boil. 15m - 25g Northern Brewer and 25g -  Willamette 5m - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 5.0 mins) Estimated Post Boil Vol: 7.02 gal and Est Post Boil Gravity: 1.0331 SG
