Taste Notes

10 Oct - Bottled. A bit of alcohol. Some sweetness.

Notes

Mash at 156 for 60 minutes. Batch Sparge using 16 quarts of 177.5 degree water or until boil = 7 gallons. Ended after boil with 5.75 gallons. Next time watch sparge water amounts. Bottled 14 October 10.
