Notes

8 gr de canela em pau 5 gr de noz moscada ralada 7 grãos de pimenta da jamaica triturado Adicionar nos últimos dez minutos fervura. Adicionar no começo da fervura em um hop bag. 1 1/2 kg de abobora + 400 g de açúcar mascavo.
