Taste Notes

Same if not more balanced than my first all-grain in a bag session. Brown sugar @ 10 min during boil. Fermentation: Cold and actually needed to be warmed up a little.

Notes

2nd Beer in my Full Grain setup. Much better. I changed my boil off from 1.5 gallons to .5. I hit my expected numbers after adding the additional grain. First Brew Base Grain: 8.5 lbs. @ 1.056 Second Brew Base Grain: 9.6 lbs. @1.058 12.94% Increase in base grains. Overall Effecency: 64% Goal: Increase effencency as well as refine mash and boil. I'm neednig to have a brew box when I go out so I'm not running back and forth as well. Empty mash into bottling bucket to determine how much pre-boil volume I have. Determine what we can do with spent grains.
