Taste Notes

Wonderful round dark chocolate roastiness, good hop bitterness.

Notes

Chocolate and black matls steeped in 4 qts water over night yielding approximately 3 qts juice added at 5 minutes. Ended up with too much wort after mash causing the longer boil time. Racked to secondary 11/21/2012. SG 1.020
