Taste Notes

We broke this into to 5 gallon fermenters. One we fermented normally. The other we added Clarity-Ferm to make 5 gallons more tolerant for some friends who are gluten intollerant. Both beers turned out quite well. The Clarity-Ferm batch was noticeably lighter bodied and a tiny bit sweeter.
