Outside Temp: 70F Mash Notes: Mashed in @ 164 5 min - 150 20 min - 150 40 min - 150 60 min - 150 Sparge Notes: Sparged @ 168 (Heated 8 gal and pulled all 8 through HLT but didn't pull all through MT) 0 min - 140 15 min - 152 30 min - 159 45 min - 159 Primary Fermentation Day 1: @ 70F "poppin" away in AM.
