Taste Notes

Steep the grains in 3 gallons of 150 ˚F water for 25 min. Rinse grains in 1 gallon of 170 ˚F water. Bring wort to boil and add DME and 60 min hops. Add LME at 15 min and add flavor hops at designated times. Aerate and add yeast. Ferment at 68 ˚F
