American Amber, page 137, Brewing Classic Syles 2014-02-22: Started at 06h45. All targets met. Finished at 11h32 2014-02-23: Fermentation is active 2014-03-05: SG: 1.015 2014-03-21: Carbonated to 2.7 adding 5oz (141g) of corn sugar for 5.15G (19.49L) at 19C fermentation. 2014-04-15: Very tasty, a bit more on the malty side personaly, would prefer a bit more hop charactor. 2014-04-27: There is hop aroma, some hop flavour and lots of malt. A great beer and one to repeat for sure.
