We brewed it and when we were bottling we tried a sample before the coffee was added and we were ready to fill our glasses. We normally don't drink warm uncarbonated beer but this was so good we were tempted! We made a change with the coffee by using 4 oz of whole coffee(uncracked)beans to keep the bitterness down. They soaked two days in 12 oz of water in the refrigerator. By mistake we forgot the Vanilla Extract as we may have been drinking a little beer at the time. ;-) Overall it is very close to the taste of Funky Buddha Last Snow.
