Great flavor and Aroma.

Notes

Pay attention and raise yeast temp every day or two to get higher attenuation. Split Calcium Sulfate Addition between Mash and Boil. Calcium Chloride and Chalk directly to Mash. Crash cool starter and decant wort before collecting and pitching yeast.
