Notes
Estimated pre boil gravity was 1.038. I hit 1.040. Reduced bittering hop to 0.5oz. Will add the extra 0.5oz to dry hop. Screwed up and added the final hop round at 45mins. Measured post-boil gravity: 1.064. Pitched at around 77 degrees. Need to get mash temp around 150-152. Checked with Don and 156 is too high.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
