Notes

2.7:1 grist ratio (w/w) SN_PaleAle water profile 8/25/14 Brew day went well. Completed UC Davis data sheet for brew. Single pass plate chiller got temp down to 78-80, Ice bucket pre-chiller would probably get it to pitching temps in one pass during the summer. No equipment issues. Whirlpooled for 15 minutes then used plate chiller into fermenter. Did not use a hop bag this time, trub wasn't bad with most of the hop material confined by the whirlpool. Pitched at 21.4C, 2 minutes of 1L O2. Blow-off rigged.
