Holy Shit this is good! Reminds me so much of Newcastle Brown, but with more flavour and a bit zestier

Batch X - Brewed 11/02/2012 =================== 9:55 - Turn on urn 10:07 - 31 litres 10:49 - Switch off urn and add grain and stir 10:54 - Mash start 12:16 - Mash stop (82 mins), stir and switch on urn 12:29 - Switch off urn and mash out start 12:39 - Mash out stop, remove bag and switch on urn *** 27.5 litres with serious squeezing - no drips left *** 13:10 - Roiling boil has been going for 5 minutes, add bittering hops 13:55 - Add flavour hops and Whirfloc tablet 14:10 - Switch off kettle 14:20 - Cube Fermented 18/02/2012 - OG = 1051 - Looks and smells great! Kegged 23/02/2012 - FG 1016 (4.6% ABV)
