Notes

Strike water 167, took my time douging in, Flashing between 154-55 at 60 minutes, flashing between 154-153 45 min, 154 30 minutes, 153 15 minutes, Flashing 153-54!! Fermenting at 59, cooled to 64, but lost temp transferring to fermenter. Wrapped a blanket aruond the fermenter and the temp did get up to 64. Mostly in the low 60's Lighter in color than the original, less "orange" No cold crash, 30 PSI 2 days, 20 ish for 3 days
