Taste Notes

Light and creamy loved by all. Only lasted 5 days and its gone. High reviews by brew club and hbs store owner. Brewing this one again this time 10 gallons.

This one will replace my blonde ale as a favorite for sure! The lhbs didn't have WLP080 so I used Omega 004 (West Coast Ale) and it turned out great!

Very nice beer. Only my 2nd all grain recipe and turned out great. Was nice after a cpl of weeks but even better after 4. Brewing again shortly.
