Notes

Brew 8-1 Brew date: 8/2/14 Had grains ground @ AHB courser. Had large effect on efficiency. LOW gravity pre boil so added sugar and honey to get OG to around 1.049. Plan to split batch in secondary to: 1) cilantro & key lime 2) mango & roasted jalapeño OG: 1.047 8/9/14 Rack to secondary Gravity = 1.005 Split batch: 1. 6 key limes soaked in Starsan then juiced and quartered. Cilantro 7oz chopped then soaked in muslin bag in Starsan. Then soaked both in vodka. 2. Roasted 3oz jalapeños in oven on broil for 10mins. Then diced/sliced. Soaked in Starsan with 36oz mango chunks for a couple of mins. Then drained and soaked in vodka. 8/15/14 Rack to kegs FG: 1.004 ABV: 5.6% Keg carb to 2.5vol
