Taste Notes

Deler batchen i 2x10 liter og tilsetter 1,5 kg bringebær i den ene batchen sammen med US-04 gjær. Tilsetter bringebærene etter stormgjæringen, dvs etter ca 3-4 dager. Lar så stå i ca 10-12 dager før flasking. Kølsch 2565 i den andre batchen som blir en vanlig Kølsch.
