Notes

01/09/2013 Pre-heat MLT with 1.5 litres of boiling water. Cover with blanket. Pre-boil gravity 1.040 @ 80C = 1.068 Post-boil gravity 1.082 @ 11C = 1.081 Pitched at 4P.M. Was fermenting at 8A.M 09/09/2013 Bubbles every 8 seconds. 11/09/2013 Still bubbling slighty. So only going to bottle after 3 weeks. 22/09/2013 Bottled 20x750 + 2x660 + 2x500 + 2x440 + 4x330 = 19.52l FG=1.021 @ 14C = 1.021
