by fairwaterFirst couple of batches were great, third batch not so much. Not sure if the Nelson Sauvin have changed, but now I'm getting the tarmac flavours I've seen other people object to in this hop. It may have been the water treatment this time brought out this character, but I'll be giving this recipe a rest for a while.
