Taste Notes

I started with 1.75 gal of water. Steeping grains @ 150-160F I added 1 whirfloc tablet @30M add 1 oz of Saaz hops every 15M for a total of 4oz (last 1oz for 2 minutes after boil was over @ 45M) total boiled time 45M OG=1.047!!! It took a while to cool down the wort to 65F. (+- 1 hour). I decant and pitched the yeast starter at 65F(both at same temp). 6/30/14 9:00 pm current controled temp= 60F. 7/1/14
