Taste Notes
Wort is nice and sweet biscuit aroma is pleasent not too much...
**not sure where I lost a gallon of wort. from boil to fermentation?
only thing I can think of is I missed adding a gallon of fluid from mash to boil?
all the numbers held to 1.055 OG and just a little over 4 gallons.
added a gallon of bottled water to bring volume up, changed OG to 1.045 @80F.Notes
