Taste Notes
Out of the fermenter uncarbonated. Aroma - A little orange but clean malt dominate. A little alcohol. A lot of hop flavor not overlly bitter. (pine, grapfruit, orange and a little mint.) Notes

1st Runnings: 1.07 @ 102d => 1.075 @ 68d
OG: 1.043 @ 118d => 1.050 @ 68d
Pitched 001 Started fermentation at 64 for 24 hours then let freerise to 68 over 3 days. Raised to 69 for next 4 days. Added dry hops on day 8 after fermentation seemed to have stopped. Cooled back down to 64.
