place 5 gal in kettle add sugar, Yeast nutrient bring to 170 to sanitize Add the extract from kit, Retain yeast, flavior pack of pear to add after ferment. cool to pitching temp & pitch yeast ( Craft Series yeast M02 - Cider from Mangrove Jack's)
