Taste Notes

Jagoff Justin schwarzbier rulz!! Simcoe bittering FTW! 1.053-1.014, 30IBU 5.1% 75%pils, 15%vienna,5%munich, 4%cII, 1%choc, 30IBU Simcoe, Saphir. Carboy #1 - Lager, WLP833 pitched on 5 gallons. The other10 gallons split between 2 hop backs and 2 different yeast strains. Carboy #2: WLP001, 4oz. El Dorado hopback. Carboy #3: Edinburgh WLP: 4oz. ADHA484 hopback. 484: "cedar, woody, bubblegum, spice". Both ales fermented at 65F. WLP028 FG 1.017, WLP001 FG 1.013, WLP833 FG 1.014
