Taste Notes

classic english pub style beer. Never got it into the tank. Drank everything straight from the secondary. I am missing this one already and will be happy to brew it again any time.

Notes

The small amount of maltodextrine seems to have no appreciable effect on the final flavour or residual sweetness kept in secondary fermenter and moved to lager room at 12 degrees c after 1012 reached. The aim is to drink this beer without carbonation, just using the natural CO2 in the beer after the secondary
