pitched about 5pm Friday 66 hours later , Monday morning primeray had finised. SG 1019. dry hopped with 100g casscase. will keep for 7 days.

Notes

Mashed at 66.5. batched sparged. good cold break, dumped about 4L of cold break from fermenter. Lag time 3 hours. did a double starter, 6L then 4L. should have given ar 11m/ml. boiled 15L in a urn.
