Tasty Mild
by GilesTHIt's a flavorful mild with subtle biscuit and roast flavors, a hint of English esters, and a low enough amount of alcohol to enjoy two or three without losing your ability to function for an evening. Tastes best if fermented for two weeks with at least two more weeks of conditioning, but can turn out well in just seven days with a week to condition.
