Notes

It has taken a while to get this recipe right… I started with clone recipe for Sierra Nevada's Torpedo Ale. I have never used any type of hop back system but I have used this recipe as a base to experiment with various hop combinations. I ended up attempting at a blend of my favorite hop flavor profiles and this is what has developed. All who taste it enjoy it. I have never entered a competition and don't really know how it would stand up. However, I have never shared a bottle of this where those who drink it mention to me that they would purchase this beer if it were commercially available.
