Notes

60% Rahr 2-Row, 15% Crisp Maris Otter, 15% Belgian Pils, 3% Crystal 15L, 5% Carafoam, 2% Acidulated. Mash temp 148F, 45 minutes. Mash out 165F 15 min. Wyeast 1056 or WLP001, ferment at 65F. 1.066-1.010 - 7.4% ABV 80 IBU
