Forgot hydrometer. Not able to measure gravity while brewing
Mash temp may have been a little low, around, 150
Batch only yielded 4 gallons. I'll check the gravity later, my suspicion is the beer is much stronger than I planned for. I'll have to adjust my equipment profile moving forward.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
