Taste Notes

need to do a slower mash, i got a stuck sarge due to not leting the grains sit and step for 20 min and drain the wort slower. should try to use a cooler next time for mashing to make it easyer to keep a constant temp. the beer before fermentation tasted lighter like a porter and had a stronger hop profile then i thoutht it would. I had to use lght malt extract in the wort to bring up my O.G to about 1.050-1.047
