Notes

Recipe scaled down from Alan Sprints 10 gal recipe via Sean Paxton (Home Brew Chef). Didn't hit mash temp. Added 1 gal boiling water, little temp change. Mash @ 152 w/ 32 Qt of water Boiled for 3 hours. Beer so think that it didn't siphon well. 1.105 Final Gravity Added 1/2 gallon of starter to beer Final 4.75 Gallons @ 1.095
